It seems to be one of the hottest trends (there were two personal CRM companies in the last YC batch, for example). I'm working on a different approach to that problem so I'm curious to learn what other entrepreneurs may be using!
Personally, I think the idea of "relationship management" doesn't make that much sense, but it's what I see most companies focusing on... Reminders, follow ups, etc. are not interesting to me. What motivates me is building a tool that lets me better discover and exchange information between my smartest connections, without being too time consuming.
What do you think?
I feel like the main things that are most important about an app that helps you be a better friend or professional relation to someone, are the following:
It's hard to find a good one, so I'm building one: Friendtime.co
I agree. It's been a hot topic everyone's been talking about - how to revive authentic relationships again, minimizing distractions and noises, exchange of quality information, etc. I use a couple of personal CRMs such as SELECT and Hypen. The first one for more various private group chats talking to people important to me from different walks of life (because people contain multitudes), and the latter for simple link sharing/saving for my own sake.
Hey junzism, if you're looking for an automated personal CRM that's focused on meaningful relations - we've just launched Nurture - https://nurtureapp.co.uk/android - and would love for you to have a try :)
Sorry to bother you but could you send me links to Select and Hypen? I tried looking for them and couldn't find them... And I've done serious research of competitors!
If you don't mind me asking, what do you like the most about them? And what do you wish they did different?
Thanks in advance :)
