Does it matter where you live as an IndieHacker?
With the world moving towards remote work - how does where you live impact your business?
Is it beneficial to live in major cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York? Have you had success networking and recruiting while living outside of major cities?
Not so much your location but perhaps your nationality
As a South African, for instance, some awesome tools that others have access to are not available to me. Stripe, for instance.
I think it's becoming less and less important to live in a big city. Covid absolutely accelerated this. You can join many communities like this and Twitter and instantly tap yourself into the ecosystem. I see you're an engineer. If there is a specific company(s) you want to work for build them something for free and share it with them and if your any good they'll absolutely hire you when they have a position open. Often times they'll even create a role for you
