Does this gap actually exist : feedback widget that rewards users when you ship

Been sitting on this idea for a year and finally asking:

A drop-in widget for your SaaS where users submit feature requests and bug reports. When you ship something, you reward them with free months, credits, or other benefits automatically.

The problem it solves: most feedback tools close the loop with a notification. This one closes it with an actual reward, which motivates better quality submissions and builds loyalty.

Technically simple. Freemium model with paid tiers scaling by user count.

Targeting solopreneurs and vibe coders first.

Would you install this on your product? And what would make you pay for it vs using it free?

    Yes, the gap exists.

But I don’t think the wedge is “feedback widget.”

That sounds too close to Canny, Featurebase, UserVoice, etc.

The stronger frame is user contribution infrastructure.

If users help improve the product and get rewarded when their input ships, that’s closer to a loyalty loop than a feedback tool.

That also means the name matters early.

If you brand it like another widget, it feels small.
If you brand it like a system for turning users into contributors, it gets much more ownable.

Xevoa.com would fit that direction well.
Short, clean, product-led, and broad enough if this expands beyond feedback into rewards, changelogs, and user contribution loops.

This is the most useful reply I've gotten. The loyalty loop frame makes much more sense than feedback widget. Going to rethink the positioning around that.

        That’s the right direction.

“Feedback widget” makes it sound like a small add-on.

“Loyalty loop” makes it feel like a system users keep participating in.

That shift matters because the product is not just collecting opinions.
It is turning users into contributors.

That is a much stronger category.

If you rethink the positioning, I’d also pressure-test the name at the same time.

Because if the name still feels like feedback software, the new frame will fight the old first impression.
