DoFollow or NoFollow? - That is the question

I run a blog and every week I get spammed by people wanting to publish articles on it or add links. Often these are with dofollow links, in exchange for a link in return or people pay for them. (Providing that the article or links pass my T&Cs) My question is am I doing the right thing? Any advice would be appreciated.
