It's always a problem to choose a great guest that will be enough "talkative" and willing to share experience. So I'm interested to find out "the formula" of picking the best guest and hope your experience will help me. Of course, will share the results here=)

Hi @armik, I don't know about a formula, but you may want to check out https://podguest.me. It's a list of people who want to guest on podcasts. You could filter by topic. One of the questions they answer is "past appearances" (if any) so you could check that out and see what their past podcast appearances have been like. I hope that helps. Good luck!
