Doing things that don’t scale: I’m giving everyone who signs up a free deep dive into their google analytics
I’ve been working on a product that automatically looks at your google analytics data and figures out where your site can be worked on, how you can improve and how you can gain more customers. So far, this has resulted in increasing a companies revenue by 20k/mon almost overnight, helping a $10 million dollar company realize its been missing a market right under their nose the whole time, helping startups increase their conversion rates and find bugs in their mobile design.
The product isn’t quite ready to go live, but instead, I am using it to bolster my own ability to help people. Quick tip: I think if you included a little bit at the top of your homepage, about creating 20k extra for a company over night, you guys would convert MUCH higher

Thanks, I signed up as well. I think this is a great idea because the number one complaint you see about Google analytics is that it's just too much data.
Awesome, I'm excited to help. And yeah, I've worked with a bunch of people and their analytics. The problem with data is usually its just data, I want to get to the interesting data and showcase why you should care and how you can use it!
