Doing things that don't scale. Doctor delivering food.

Hi IH Fam,

We just launched F3AST, a delivery service which gets food from independent highly rated restaurants (which are too far to deliver) and delivers them to customers in Manhattan. We deliver one day a week and provide reheating instructions.

We are currently giving 6 meals (3 entrees, 2 servings each) for $60.

My day job is as an Anesthesiologist. But during the weekend and evenings, I am calling restaurants and delivering food. We went from 1 order to 5 last week! I don't know how long I can be the delivery guy too but for now, I'll keep doing things that don't scale.

We are still losing money cause we pay more than we charge, but it's exciting getting customers.
