You know those moments where you finally actually listen to something that you’ve heard a thousand times, and thought you already knew?

This reminds me of all the pithy advice out there for IHers that gets repeated a million times a day, that everyone knows, but few people actually do: Start small, do things that don't scale, solve your own problem, problem before solution, talk to your customers, charge more, etc.
