I don't have much to add to what was already said. Main points for me are

    • the tagline "Enhance Visual UGC Across Important Customer Touchpoints" indeed makes no sense to me either, but perhaps I'm not the target group. I have no idea what UGC means, until I scroll down and see "User Generated Content"; presumably that's it.

    • One 'concern' I have is the 'U' in the logo of idukki. It may be mistaken for 'ui' or even 'li', which would be misleading.

But overall, the design is clean, well spaced, good animations, something I still need to strive for, so: well done and good luck to you!

I'm sipping my morning coffee and having a look at your landing page.

The over the fold area looks visually pleasant. But I don't like how you underline that changing word like "loyal" or "audible". Using underline makes me think this is a clickable text link, but it's not. The underline effect doesn't add any value to your website, only confusion. Similarly, having the right hand side picture to change to display different random people there doesn't add anything to the website. That thing moving just draws my eyes away from your pitch. Do you want me to watch those changing random pictures of people, or do you want me to read your pitch?

The fake chat popup that I cannot even close that keeps hovering on the bottom right corner is annoying.

"Idukki helps you to make your brand marketing more authentic by enhancing UGC on multiple marketing touchpoints"

I have no idea what this means. This is the first time you use the term "UGC" without first explaining what it means. Later on after scrolling down, I figured out what that line means, but I don't think reading your copy should be like playing detective. If you want to sell to me, don't make me think.

In your Features area, the boxes have awkward on mouse hover effect which makes them look like buttons, yet they are not clickable. Also, the icons in this area look cheap and low quality. In fact, it seems like the quality of the entire website drops when I scroll all the way down to the Features area. This looks visually way less good as the previous content.

Clicking the main "try for free" CTA button takes at least 5 seconds to show the actual signup page and that now shows an additional cookie consent popup.

In your pricing page, there is a question mark symbol after "moderation", but trying to click or hover mouse cursor over it doesn't show any additional information, which I thought the symbol would indicate.

Overall, I think this is a pretty good landing page. With some polishing, it will be even better.

      Hey Jouni!

Thank you for taking out some of your valuable time for us. Hope the morning cuppa tasted good and got you going for the rest of the day :)

Duly noted on all points. They're very valid and give us exactly where we're falling short with the website. Rest assured we'll get to work and start fixing the loose ends.

Thank you very much once more for such a detailed feedback. The Indie community is indeed the Best!

I'm also sharing my Product Hunt launch page. Please subscribe to our launch. We would need all the support on launch day !
