Don't waste your time deciding the best way to start. Just start. The rest will work itself out.
Analysis paralysis is very real, don't let it prevent you from realizing your goals.
Pick a tool, whatever tool you want. It can be no code, your favorite programming framework, a site builder, literally anything! You don't even have to be good at it, if you want to learn as part of your process go for it.
The important thing is that you stop wasting time deciding. Make a decision and start executing!

Yes it is very real.
I had been thinking about starting online business.
I always used to get stuck with the things like:
Which tech stack do I use?
What if i fail?
What do I learn how to create SEO based blogs?
And so many things i thought about.
One day, i told myself that thats enough, lets start with talking to targeted Audience and learn as I go.
What i learnt from talking to the audience,
I need to ask the right questions so i can completely understand the exact problem they have.
See i didn't even think of what to ask customers while this analysis paralysis hit me.
I learn it as I go.
Same goes with the tech stack.
At the end of the i realised that it doesn't matter which tech stack you use for your tool as long as you complete/solve the end users expectations/problems.
Next execution goal is to grow email list before public launch.

I definitely had to deal with analysis paralysis when I was making my game dev channel. Trying to figure out what to say, how to say it, how long to make the video, what to include in the video. Still deal with it occasionally, I remind myself something is better than nothing. We got to remember the light bulb was invented on the 1st try.

Just checked out your channel and it looks cool. First when you said football I thought of soccer for some reason but was very happy to see in your second video that it was good old American football 🏈!
I do just want to give a bit of advice to help you improve. Once you can invest in a better mic, your current one isn't great and audio quality will boost the quality of your channel a lot. Either way, keep making videos - can't wait for you to post that you have 1k subscribers and more!
