The urge to prank and destroy someone is one of the most

I am trying SO HARD not to pass judgement here, so I'll just ask a question instead.. if someone was targeted by your service and didn't appreciate it, do you think that could open you up to a lawsuit or two stemming from SPAM laws? And if so, seeing as how the target didn't agree to any Terms of Service, would you be in a defensible position?

The person who sends the spoiler has to agree to terms and condition before he/she sends them. In the terms and conditions, its written that the person sending them knows the person and has authorised us to send the same on his behalf. (To be taken in extreme cases!). Without authorising to T&C, no one can use the service.
