Right now I'm making tutorials on google sheets. I know google sheets. Been doing this since 20... I forget.
Today I keep learning. I made BetterSheets to teach others. But now I'm learning myself. Adding more and more use cases to the back of my mind. Making better google sheets myself, because it's fun.
Every single time I start on a new idea, I start a google sheet. And now my google sheets are products. It's incredible.
Even though I'm the one writing the free tips each day. Even though I'm the one making the video tutorials. I keep finding that I learn, from myself. Or remember. Not sure the correct nomenclature there.
BetterSheets is also, oddly, a way for me to keep all my thoughts organized and categorized. Working right now on making the tutorials searchable.
I'm scratching my own itch because I don't need to figure the same thing out again and again. I can find where I myself saved it.

That's really interesting. I've been doing the same lately too with my product. I've been using Excel and Word for ... I hate to say it, but decades. I'm still learning all the time. Now I have a product that uses these 2 extensively, I've found myself keeping notes and use cases in confluence, thinking that all these little things I do (and sometimes take for granted) might be really useful to others. So I'm documenting everything , sometimes just with a heading and a few bullet points, and will start publishing them on our blog.
