Some of the hardest battles weren’t technical but operational. Payment processor limitations repeatedly hampered monetization and customer experience. As a bootstrapped, niche startup, negotiating with vendors proved tougher than anticipated. The solution: reinvent the onboarding process with secure, simple email registration, paving the way for greater growth and stability.
