Duopay: a small web app to manage shared finances without a join bank account
Hey all, this is my first time announcing my small SaaS, Duopay. I've been building it in my spare time for a few years now, and my wife and I find it incredibly useful. Whenever I tell others about it, it seems to spark genuine interest, so I figured it was time to stop procrastinating and talk about it.
It’s very simple in concept: you and your partner join a team and log your shared finances such as bills, shopping, meals, holidays and anything else you’d usually split. Duopay keeps track and lets you know who owes who. You can create a settlement manually or schedule one automatically. After a settlement, previous transactions are locked and you start from zero again.
There's a bunch of other features such as recurring transactions, private transactions, some charts, stats, categories and so on. Unfortunately no AI features 😅
