e-Portfolios (for disrupting edtech)

I am the co-founder of P4P - disrupting the EDTECH space (and born out of South Africa with my co-founder now living in Spain). Providing people the opportunity to validate their informal and non-formal learning.
So 80% of what you learn is self directed, (rather than curriculum based and forced by learning institutions) and businesses are starting to rely on "competencies" coupled with pieces of paper (degrees etc...) yet so many of the learning outcomes are outdated and competencies are difficult to measure.

So P4P was born to enable people to build a Portfolio of Evidence against a set criteria (Assessment outcomes), which are then assessed by Subject Matter Experts and based on the evidence the user can receive a Qualification / level of competency / designation and if necessary a recommended training plan to close any gaps.

What a ride, as there are only about 12 companies in the world going in this direction at the moment, and watching their growth, I do not think that even they realize what their products are worth in value yet.
