In my opinion, reduce the size of images in blocks #3 and #4 and also add a box-shadow once users hover the box in block #2.

I updated the website with your suggestions. I made the drop shadow very subtle and slow, so people don't confuse it with a link to a page or a button of some sort.

Looks great. Did you designed the SVG images and icons by yourself or they are available as aan image/icon pack?
They are mostly from flaticon, but they are adjusted to fit the theme. Check it out.
