From an Italian/French family ⁽ᡒᢠ α΄¬αΆœα΅—α΅’Κ³Λ’ ᴬʳᡗⁱ˒ᡗ˒ α΅ƒβΏα΅ˆ ᴱⁿᡗᡉʳᡗᡃⁱⁿᡉʳ˒⁾ I have a passion for marketing and design. This combined with my background of 15+yrs. XP in Corporate as a Software Engineer spanning over 15 years ⁽ᴬ˒ᴾ ᴺⱽᢜ ᢜᴼᴿᴱ ᢠᴡⱽᴱ⁾

Allowed me to create and sell 3 small but established companies over the past decade; A Recruitment, Retail and Services based businesses. ⁽¹⁰⁻⁷⁰ αΆ α΅˜Λ‘Λ‘β»α΅—β±α΅α΅‰ ᡖᡉʳᡗⁱⁿᡉⁿᡗ αΆœα΅’Λ‘α΅’αΆœα΅ƒα΅—α΅‰α΅ˆ ᡉᡐᡖˑᡒʸᡉᡉ˒⁾ The first thing you learn about creating a company is that you need to have an exit strategy. Until recently - well relatively speaking, about 2 years ago β½αΆœα΅’α΅›β±α΅ˆ ʰᡃ˒ α΅–α΅˜Λ’Κ°α΅‰α΅ˆ ᡗʰⁱ˒ α΅’α΅˜α΅—βΎ, I thought that this was just about having a plan.

Selling my last business was difficult, I also almost sold too late which could have cost me another 2 years. This has also been a trend where ever I have worked and I attributed this to loyalty. What I realised, very late was that it was because I didn't have a plan to leave. Whether it was a position in someone else's company, or a position at my own company, leaving is never easy!

That's, a little about me, it was also the first thing that got my attention when I stumbled across this community (while busy searching for code, which I will get back to now), without a plan who knows where we are going? You will see me around, drop me a line if you want to chat, you can also check out my LinkedIn profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/donPabloNow/
