On a serious note. How far in terms of effort will you go to enforce that ToS in case someone violates it? Will you take it to the court? That should give you the idea how much effort you should spend on the ToS.

Really, just take a look at any app’s ToS and copy the essentials — terms that allow you terminate your users’ accounts at your discretion without having to explain the cause, terms that limit your liability to e.g. no more than the amount the user had totally paid you, terms that protect you from being sued ("this service is provided as-is with no guarantee yadda yadda")

Thanks for the response! Do you know any service like that? A quick search returns some of them but I don't know if there are good ones or not.
