What is the top (and free) wire frame tools out there?!

Lately I’ve come to like Whimsical but I’ve also begun to invest time into learning Sketch, which I’ve found easier than I expected.

Depends what you mean by wireframe. That's a loose term to me. But the best free UX tools right now are IMO Figma and Adobe XD. You can use either to put together wireframes and clickthroughs, both are free and shareable.
