Show IH: gramchat - A live chat tool for indie hackers

As a Indiehacker myself I am always interested in finding new ways to serve my customers better and thereby grow my product. An important feature I found customer demanding is a live chat for support and presales.

The other solutions I found do have at least one of the following problems:

Too expensive
Too complicated setup
Require me to use special software

As my projects are to small for a big support team, I am the one and only support agent and thereby should be available as much time as possible....but there is still some other stuff going on in my life where I do not sit 24/7 in front of my Laptop.

Therefor I did build gramchat. A live chat tool that works from withing the Telegram messenger.

With gramchat I can help my customers even when I am at the gym or a bar. It is only a short interruption that helps me to serve my customers the best way possible.

I would love I you could give it a try and give me feedback how you like it and if everything is clear enough explained. (I am good at coding, but not at writing landing pages and non-technical documentation...so every feedback is appreciated!)
