Hey everyone, I just finished an initial MVP for my project and wanted to share it and get some feedback.
It allows you to filter companies by the types of interviews that they do (e.g pair programming or whiteboarding), and for some it provides a brief description of the interview process. A few of them also have a fully detailed interview guide that was made by the company itself.

The goal would be to work with companies to produce a transparent interview guide, and charge them a fee for creating that and hosting it on my website.
Love the idea! I honestly thought about doing this the other day, so glad you decided to! My brother is actively looking for an entry level Rails or Javascript role in Austin, TX.
Watching him go through the interview process is tough... every company is completely different and very few allow you to actually feel comfortable and code the way you normally would (if one more person asks him to manipulate a string in one way or another...).
I think he's probably done 5 phone-based interviews, and not had a single take-home or "can you actually do what the job describes".
I wish you tons of luck, and hope this thing blows up and becomes the norm!
Yeah the interviewing process is very painful at a lot of these companies. I hope he can find some companies with better hiring practices, unfortunately the site doesn't have a location filter right now 🙈.
Thanks for the support, I'm so used to failed launches at this point that I don't have high expectations but we'll see how it goes!
