#landing-page-feedback
Hey, Federico!
honestly, your H1 on the "features" page fits better for the main page.
It is exactly what your product does and which issues solves.
I'd happy to receive a feedback from you about our landing: www.carrrot.io
I've also noticed that you use Kayako - interesting to know your case about it, if you please. We're looking for product/market fit that is why we research SaaS companies like yours to understand how do you manage a customer service and make your customers stay in with Emojics longer. Suppose we could be helpful for each other as we are both in customer developing
Hope to here from you.
Hi Roman,
Thank you so much for your honest feedback.
I really like your home page and I find it smart to put on the header the link Carrot VS Intercom, in this way your users immediately understands what you do.
We use Kayako, but honestly, I want to change it. Kayako chat feature is really bad. We chose Kayako because have an affordable entry price and was a good solution for chat + knowledge base.
The question is that now there are many free solutions for Live Chats, and better solutions for knowledge base.
An early stage startup like Emojics that has to take care to the monthly burn rate, can easily use a free live chat and use Wordpress (free) for the knowledge base and maybe gain better results in terms of SEO.
Could you share what for do you need a live chat?
Your wording can be improved here in the second part of this sentence. What does that mean exactly? I might try something like, "Convert more visitors into customers" as the big tagline, and then as a subtitle beneath that something about how emojics gets more of your customers talking to you because it's so easy for them.
The gray text beneath ENGAGE, CAPTURE, ANALYZE, and IMPROVE is gorgeous, but it's really small and almost too light to read. Same with the text around the images with arrows.
I kind of get what you're saying here, but not really. And the explanatory text below is just too much reading. It honestly might be enough to say that your tool integrates with anything.
Hi Courtland, thank you so much for your feedback.
We definitely need to improve our copy to be more focused on our value proposition.
Thank you again and congrats for this amazing community you created!
agree with the second part - didn't catch what exactly I can link the emoji to and what for 🤔
