I'm starting to explore Zapier for automating some back office tasks.

For a startup I'm working for:

• we collect leads with typeform
• Zapier sends them to Pipedrive (with specific tag / ranking)
• Zapier sends an email to our team saying that a new lead has been collected

Simple but efficient.

Starting from typeform, feed most of the required quotation form in invoice ninja and create a "warm lead" card in trello. Love it even with a minor initial synch setup pain.

I'm also interested in this topic. Haven't started using it yet. But am starting to index/inventory my daily activities.
