Early B2B adoption—how to land the first 3 paying teams?

Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m 16 and building Kaelis — an AI Ops Copilot that keeps startup operations (email ops, Slack chaos, scheduling) running on autopilot so teams can focus on building, not chasing tasks.

Right now:
• Cold emailing ~100 leads/day
• Sharing the journey on X & Reddit
• Private beta waitlist open

My next big challenge: landing the first 3–5 B2B teams to validate and shape the MVP.
I’m curious to learn from others who’ve done early B2B:
• What channels worked best for those first teams?
• Did you onboard manually, offer free pilots, or go straight to paid?
• Any lessons on pricing/contract length when you’re early?

Would love to hear concrete tactics or even stories of what worked (and what didn’t) for you 🚀
