Doing everything yourself in the early days can be draining! it’s hard to keep momentum when you’re context switching all day.

Most of us can’t afford full-time help yet, but trying to do it all solo eventually slows us down or leads to burnout. How are you managing it?

Are you using Upwork or agencies?
Delegating to freelancers or interns?
Automating stuff?
Or just pushing through?
