We’re Andrey and Volha — indie developers exploring a new way of publishing videos on YouTube.
The idea behind our startup is simple:
instead of optimizing after a video is published, we help creators optimize before publishing — based on the actual video content.
You upload a video to our platform, we analyze it (visuals, audio, structure), and suggest:
• SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags
• thumbnails
• overall video positioning
The goal is to start optimized from the first second the video goes live, rather than fixing things later.
We’re still early and learning a lot about how creators experience this workflow, so we’re building, testing, and adjusting in public.
This is a really interesting angle. Optimizing before publishing makes way more sense than the usual “upload → wait → fix” loop most creators follow.
Curious how creators are reacting to the pre-publish workflow so far, feels like it could save a lot of trial-and-error.
The "optimize before publishing" angle is smart - most YouTube tools focus on post-publish analytics, which means you're already losing the critical first-hour algorithm window.
Curious about the video analysis depth: when you analyze "structure," does that include pacing/retention curve predictions? That's usually where creators struggle most - knowing which parts will cause drop-offs before they actually do.
Building in public for creator tools is the right move. The feedback loop is fast because creators naturally talk about their workflows. Good luck with the early testing!
