Early stage SAAS startup trying to hire a traction (marketing + sales + customer service) specialist, any advice?
We are an early stage startup, very Lean and Agile. At present we are trying to expand our team to add one or 2 person to help with our traction effort. We are a SAAS. Was wondering if anyone has any advice on what I should look for?
In your experience, what are the 3 top qualities you would look for in such a person? What was your personal experience with such hires?
As someone from the technical background myself, I am familiar with hiring for technical skills, but have not had any experience hiring for the non-technical side.
