After some discussions with sellers in FBA community, me and my friend developed a free tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze amazon reviews. We created a tool to answer a simple question: “What could be improved about my product?”

What I have learned within past years of investigating successful sellers, is that all sellers who consistently net 100k+ a month take one extra mile in their product research phase. They make the best effort in understanding the customer experience with the product. Which is a key point in knowing how to improve an existing product on the market.

How to understand the customer experience? It’s quite simple. By reading reviews! Some of the sellers have hired people just for that. People who flag their reviews, sort them by scores and group into categories by topics. This data is being used by experienced team who then designs a new product.

Now not everybody has the money to hire a virtual assistant or an experienced team for product research phase. Me and my friend have been giving our best in the past months to create a tool that solves this problem.

So far the feedback has been very positive. But our extension still is in a super rough beta state. We’re interested in understanding if this tool is actually helpful and what direction we should take it in. We only want to create something that people actually love.
