Hey, I beg to differ on this one! People are lazy and much more likely to watch a video vs reading. Also studies show that information retention is better with the video content vs text. Maybe both text and video is the way to go!

This is really neat! I used PowToons in the past to create explainer videos and other kinds of YouTube videos. It was a pain to work with and expensive but it did give me the flexibility I needed to make interesting content.
I like the simplicity of your approach. Do you plan on having ways to sync custom audio or use different character designs?

Oh thank you!! The editing UI seems to be close, but I'm really concerned with the quality of the output. Can I ask what needs to improve in the video composition? Characters, sound, timing... anything jumps at you as amateurish?

No idea. I think it will be best to launch the MVP quickly and then improve based on the feedback of actual users.
I really like the idea. Many times ago I had an exact same idea (generating videos based on scripts) but I just realized that it would take too much time and effort to make it :)))
But you bet! I wish you good luck and would be glad to provide feedback (I don't want to say something right now because I think you just started and realize clearly there are a lot of things to be improved). Anyway, this is a very good beginning, keep going!
