For what industry? It's hard to provide input with such little data. Without some level of specificity, anything I provide would be the same as Googling help online.
You're going to find much more input here if we can find real blockers or challenges, super specific to your situation.

How can I reach more customers without paid growth?
Share your subject matter expert and apply it where your potential customers may be lurking. For example a lot of my customers are in startups so I create customers.
Organic traffic takes time. Use the conversations to validate your product idea.
