Effects of having multi sites as sub domain?
Hello, I would like to know if anyone have an experience in having multiple websites on same domain as sub domain each one with different niche example
test1.domain.com > App 1
test2.domain.com > App 2
while domain.com is the pretension of all Apps and features, and it will redirect to test1 and tes2 according to the user what he wants.
Is is ok on the long term? for SEO

Technically this is absolutely fine.
However, it has been brought to my attention that it is not good idea to put your marketing content on the DNS separate from your main landing page --- but only for SEO purposes. That means, you are better off not creating blog.-mybigthing-.com domain and keep your copywriting close to the main site.
This arrangement is completely fine.
Your subdomains host your apps. Most of the app are under login page. So any how google can't index it.
It will index your main domain pages which has SEO oriented marketing pages.
The subdomain are totally different Landing pages (WordPress landing pages) but they are all linked to same backed framework, in another way
we have 1 PHP System that is segmented into differents apps using different login pages but they are all on the main domain.
and the sub domains are only wordpress landing pages linking to the main domain login page.
Is it clear?
That's a normal practice for so many apps.

Even if it is a normal practice that doesn't make it effective or no, I would like to know if any sub domain can affect the other sub domain on google search or if they are totally separated from google.
SEO depend on your frontend and blog but not on pages after login.
