Elon Musk 5 rules for startup founders.

Rule-1:
Prepare for disappointment and expect a long climb to overcome the many challenges ahead.

Rule - 2:
Ask for criticism and use this advice to be less wrong.

Rule - 3:
Never aim to be a little better, aim to revolutionize the product.

Rule - 4:
Start a business for practical reasons and leave emotions to one side.

Rule - 5:
Focus on Asking the Right Questions.

Just a guess but it is very relevant to who you hire, and who you fire in your company. To not hire friends just because they are friends, and being able to fire the worst performers even if it hurts you emotionally. "Its just business"
