Email nightmare?

Hello all!
I recently read an interview of @csallen where he highlights some of the problems he has with email, I was wondering what are your biggest pain points with email?

Mine is that conversations with the same person can be in different threads, which becomes confusing, especially if you cc someone and then forget to reply-all which creates a whole mess of who's seen what email.
