Email organizer managed by AI

As a busy college student in Korea, there wasn't much time to check all the emails sent by various senders. Emails came from everywhere, from commercial companies to professors (which were very important).

Because there was less time to check everything, I started looking for an email organizer that could help manage my emails in a proper way. I used Outlook, SaneBox, and Hiver, but none of these were really satisfying to me.

Using these tools made me think that I could build a better email organizer... so my start-up teammates and I started to build one ourselves! AI Summary
Our product will be built with AI. The first feature I want to introduce is the summary function. In my experience, it was quite annoying to click on every email I received and read all the contents. So our team is trying to build a function that shows a summary of the email just by pointing (not clicking) the mouse cursor on the title. This text is summarized by reliable AI, which you can read in just a few seconds.

AI Proposal
The second feature we are thinking of is the AI proposal function. You can reply with an answer in a few seconds using this function. It uses content, attachments, and past replies to craft a response so the content will look non-AI. Also, the proposal function reminds you of important events by synchronizing with your calendar. The same content you want to send to different people, the AI proposal function can handle too!

AI Template
The template we are providing is made by AI that reads the content of the received message and makes a proper reply out of it. For any message, for example, if it was sent by a professor, the AI template function provides you with just the right reply template by checking the content that the professor sent. The template changes every time based on the email you get. With just a few keystrokes and clicks, your email is complete!

AI Stack
By using AI stack, you can view all the emails in one sight. Emails are organized in Reply and Remind Stacks. By using this, you don't need to archive or track emails every time. It's all settled here!
