I'm currently building a landing page that has a contact us form. I want to use their information from that form to send an email to myself. What service is best for this?

Mailgun
I'd second that recommendation if you are comfortable hooking up your page to Mailgun's API. They're kinda the best email delivery service available right now and throw very little weirdness your way in terms of their API and terms of service, unlike other services in that category.

https://formspree.io/ is very easy to use.

It is a free contact form to email service and very easy to setup. No registration required.
