Embarrassing first landing page..Real Estate idea
Please advise, tear it to shreds..my first landing page for an idea I've had for quite a while. Any feedback you have would be so appreciated!

I'd suggest creating "card" type listings with an image and a nicely formatted title and details. Do this both on the website example and in your emails, with clickable contact info.
Your copy does a good job of focusing on your audience. Make the top of the page do the same. Right now it looks like some kind of profile. Insert a relatable stock image, maybe of a nice apartment interior, or a person surrounded by boxes and smiling. Show your audience what you will give them-easy access to nice homes. Use a headline that does the same. "Find your home in a fraction of the time. Get curated Craigslists homes from a licensed realtor." Put your information on the bottom. You're selling a specific service, not yourself in this case.
Add a few testimonials as you gain traction.
You may also need a more robust payment system like Moonclerk to do automatic recurring payments.
You could also add a contact form for if someone wants to pay you to find them a specific Craigslist property.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I've actually already started on Version 2, bkapts.carrd.co I added the contact form you suggested. I think this focused more on the value of the service, then on myself. I really like your idea of finding someone a specific Craigslist property, but I'm wondering how to monetize a custom version like this.
As for the monitization of custom apartment hunting. You need some sort of intake. Offer a 30 minute consultation where you talk about their needs. Or create a Google form for a less personal feel. Charge a flat fee (more for consultation, less for form) for sending them at least 10 listings a week until they find a home. It's a premium service so price it like one. For a working professional who has more $ than time, you're worth it.
That's an awesome idea, the two fees for consultation vs google form. You're so right w/ the pricing, a broker fee is 1 month's rent, my fee would be way less but still worthy.

The fact that you're a licensed realtor will help establish trust, so you don't have to remove your info completely.
I'm viewing on mobile, so it could be better on desktop, but I'd suggest some sort of visual. Make the audience feel something :)

A favicon is the image you'll see in a browser tab. it's typically a logo of some kind.
