I quit my job on 2015.
It was the biggest salary I ever made in my life (I was only 21)
My personal income went to $0.
I threw away 66% of my belongings.
My best friend & co-founder, Natan, did the same.
We became entrepreneurs.
I write code. That's all I do.
Coding is my passion.
I don't care if I make money or not, it's what I love.
At least, I have 100% control of my time.
Since 2015:
We founded several bootstrapped companies.
We became profitable.
I make as much as I had with a full-time job and even more.
I can work 13 hours straight and love every minute of it.
I have no boss.
I bought my (first) dream car. Yeah, it's not a Ferrari but it is way better than what I had before :-)
If you're not loving your life or what you're doing with it, then ask yourself:
How is my life changing?
Change brings discomfort. Discomfort leads to learning. Learning yields growth. Growth fosters success.
I love what Albert Einstein said:
"The measure of intelligence is the ability to change."
Is your life too comfortable?
If it is, it's time to shake things up.
Thanks for sharing this:)
How long did it take you to buy your dream car?
Thanks for sharing your personal milestone. 😃
