Emotional support meeting: how does it sound?

I am working on a new idea in the Remote communication space, designing meetings to prevent burnout: one on one meetings for the team leader with each member of your team. These bi-hourly meetings give you the unique opportunity to check in with your teammates in a more personal way, helping to prevent burnout and provide emotional support by recognizing their contribution.

Does this seem like it'd be useful?

    I think I like it.
The assumption here is that people are working in teams instead of working solo, but I can see the benefits.

Could be. Depends on the execution. I'm not sure if people would find support from their team leader or would want to. But there could be another way to set this up.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Yes, I totally agree it will all depend on the execution. Would you mind sharing your current solution to prevent burnout? and what do you mean by another way to set this up? Thanks for supporting!

I'm not sure if I have a good solution. Personally I've learned roughly where my limits are, and when I feel I'm close to them I stop. As for my teammates I usually tell people to go or take a break. In practice productive time is very limited, and everything else is just looking busy.

OH, I didn't mean to leave that as a cliffhanger. I was thinking instead of connecting team leader with team members, connect people based on preferences or interests. Something a little more casual.
