Empire Flippers - experiences, real life reviews?
I know it is mentioned sometime ago, but I couldn't find anything specific in details about real life experiences with the service. What you guys think about EmpireFlippers.com. Does anybody have experience with them? Buying or selling. What's your opinion about EmpireFlippers.com?
Have sold with EF twice and consulted with investors who bought through them. Even though I only do private deals now, I'm definitely a fan - their marketing and transparency is the best in the industry i.e. https://empireflippers.com/q2-report-april-may-june/

Can you disclose total value of those sales? And how do you finalize a sale legally? Does that go through their platform? Or contacts are signed outside the platform? Do they vouch for sellers that everything is legit?
this was one https://empireflippers.com/listing/44210/ - actually can't remember if contracts were signed but nothing was done outside of them, including the buyer sending money direct to them. Basically EF manage the whole process.

I'm the head of marketing over at Empire Flippers. You're probably looking for people that aren't working with the brand to answer this question, but if you check out our testimonial videos those are real buyers and sellers on our marketplace.

Among my subscribers, they are quite popular - but also have their limitations. I recently found a business with obvious issues (e.g. trademarked images) where they did not seem to care too much about my observation. But well, they still seem to do a pretty good job, if the budget range is right for you!
I will also add this post to my newsletter to hopefully increase the visibility a bit.
