Employee Productivity

Hey CEOs, General Managers, Bosses, HR experts, Team managers,

How do you measure employee productivity? What methods and practices do you use? What do you do to trust remote workers? How do you fight "Quiet Quitting"?

We have developed a product called Monitup.com and we measure the productivity of teams and freelancers with employee monitoring.

Properties:

• It keeps track of login and exit times and how many hours the computer is on the lock screen during the day.
• It keeps the ram, cpu, hdd usage logs of the computers.
• You can determine the working hours of your company. The system will only operate between these hours.
• It keeps track of how much time the user spends in which application.
• It keeps track of which websites you visit.
• You can define applications as efficient, inefficient and neutral. In this way, you can track which user is spending the day with how efficiently.
• It takes a screenshot every 5 minutes if you wish.
• With the notification feature, you can receive notifications if there is an application in the system that you do not want to run, or for the words you specify (for example: job search).

I would love to hear your suggestions, criticisms and comments.

Great job on writing about the benefits of employee productivity software! It's clear that you have done your research and understand the importance of keeping employees engaged and motivated in the workplace. The points you mentioned about increased efficiency and better time management are especially valuable, and I can see how implementing a productivity tool would greatly benefit any organization. Keep up the excellent work!
