End-to-end document security in Slack

Heeey,

we just launched a Slack app for end-to-end document security in Slack, FileOpen Sharebot.

We often heard from teams using Slack about their concerns regarding the security of shared documents - once files were shared in DMs, channels with internal or external teams, there was no control over who could view, print, or otherwise distribute confidential documents.

This feedback sparked us to build a Slack app that:

• stops unwanted downloads, printouts, and external sharing of PDFs.
• users can limit document access to specific members of a channel, conversation, or workspace.
• access rights can be revoked at any time, giving you full control over your documents even after sharing.
• ensures that documents can only be opened within the workspace they were intended for, bolstering security where it matters most.
