Enforcing a Contract and/or NDA Internationally.

I have finally have my first SAAS idea in the works.

I'm currently testing it via script in Google AdWords with my own ecommerce account with the goal to convert it into an app that connects via API.

I will be contracting out the development overseas so I'm concerned about being "Zuckerberg" and have the dev team copied the idea.

Is there a way to protect myself internationally?

Anyone have experienced with a contracted dev copying your idea and becoming a competitor?
