Engineering Minimum Viable Inspiration

As a new founder, I tell you, sometimes it's hard just to find inspiration to motivate yourself let alone a team.

I've specifically had this issue when it comes to outsourcing. I used to think it didn't matter if contractors were 'onboard' with your idea. As long as they're delivering right. But without the passion and inspiration provided by you the founder then you often get lackluster results. Once I hired employees and gave them the minimum viable inspiration they needed, everything grew much faster.
