    Nice video!

    I have 5 daily habits that so far I been track mentally.

    There are couple things that could improve the process for me:

    1. Find the optimal frequency, and intensity of my habits.
    2. Get suggestions of activities to do when to offset a strong emotion.

    I’m also building on the mental health space (information diet), developing AI models based on “The Atlas of the Heart”.
