Hello Everybody .. I'm back again after a number of years out of the IH / Side Hustle loop.
Anyway - I have been working on a platform to help small business/individuals navigate a particularly complex and regulated legal framework, in business.
In Ireland, this market is largely covered by a number of human desk based brokers who offer a sporadic/inconsistent service. There are a few SaaS providers also - but i'm not sure to what extent these will cover small business/individuals. I want to enter that market with my platform.
Each year, in Ireland, there are 60 million document submissions based on this framework. I know a lot of these are tied up in large multinational systems.
I have done some math and I only need my platform to process 350 submissions per month (based on a fairly reduced price), to make a good living.
What are the complexities of entering a market like this. Part of me thinks that by having a solid product offering / price and slick marketing, then you will naturally grown the business, as long as it doesn't suck and word of mouth kills it.
