Hi,
We've created an enterprise-focused website builder for creative teams. We recently launched the third iteration of our website. Given that we've created it with our own tool and are selling a website builder, it's important that it's spot on.
We're a Norwegian company (with an office in Toronto as well), focusing on selling to North American enterprises. This means that we could get lost in translation; we're Norwegians writing the English copy and communicating the USPs to a different corporate culture.
I'd love to get your feedback on e.g.:
– How are we conveying what the product is and how it solves our segment's problems?
– Is the website too playful given our enterprise focus?
– Do you want to try the product after reading about it?
– Do you see how we differ from other website builders?
(Feel free to go off-script.)
Thank you!
Hi Mats !
I like your idea and vev screenshot !
Not really sure if current header is the best illustration of your idea (looks like creative designer portfolio header to me) I prefer product screenshots, but it's personal.
Best of Luck, Mats !
Great work !
Thanks a lot! I've passed this on to our designer.
In your case positioning is key as there are lot well known website builders already. I guess, you need to clear-cut differentiate from other website builders. At the moment, I can't see this difference on your landing page.
My first impression was that your website builder is more for designers than for enterprises especially because of the UVP. Also the target group "enterprises" is very broad. Maybe focus on a special case of enterprises first!?
Indeed. Great feedback. Thanks!
Hello Mats,
First I opened the website on mobile and there are lots of white spaces
– How are we conveying what the product is and how it solves our segment's problems?
It is pretty clear to understand
– Is the website too playful given our enterprise focus?
No I don't think so
– Do you want to try the product after reading about it?
Yes the product looks great ! We just finished redesigning our website with we flow though :/
– Do you see how we differ from other website builders?
It looks similar to Webflow, but it seems developers can also use React to modify the website, so it's not only a wysiwyg ?
Also why do you qualify yourself as an Enterprise solution when your pricing starts at 0$ ?
I agree, freemium qualifies more for a B2C business model.
Great point. We focus on B2B, but we're also open for B2C. I'll see how we can tune our communication here.
Thank you! Spot on. It's WYSIWYG/drag-and-drop, but with the possibility of creating React widgets/components. A designer or marketing manager could use Vev without any technical help (so it's easier to use than Webflow), but a programmer can be onboarded to create fancy custom stuff.
