"If you try entrepreneurship, there is no going back. It's like a poison, you swallow it and then you've got to fight. And most of the time, you're fighting alone. Sometimes it scares me. What happens if business dries up? When you fail, it comes down to you as the founder. Nobody else is going to take that accountability. And I cannot share these struggles with anyone. I mean, showing your weakness in front of your employees, in front of your investors, in front of other people, even your family... that's the last thing any entrepreneur should do. You are the leader and it's a war. If the leader shows weakness, then the whole army is gonna die. They will lose confidence and wonder if they bet on the wrong man. So you gotta solve the problem by yourself but, if it's a success, it's a shared success. You aren't winning for yourself, you're winning for your team. You're winning for your stakeholders. You're winning for your cause. And, yes. When you are losing, you are losing alone. But I love this work. It gives me goosebumps. I mean, this is my entertainment, this is my work, this is my everything. This is what I do. You have to be a bit crazy to do it. But if you get behind something 100 percent, you're going to achieve it."
