Estateza Landing Page Feedback - Prop Tech Company With 5k Users, decent bounce rate though

I launched my company - www.estateza.com a couple weeks ago and we've already reached 5,000 registered users with limited advertising (under $200). We have about 30% of them being returning users.

However, we have a 15% bounce rate. We used to have a 40% bounce rate before we fixed the mobile version entirely.

Any opinions on improving the bounce rate?

Just had a look, here are a couple of changes that should help with the bounce rate:

    • There is no clear CTA in the hero section. I understand the idea of replicating the form field, but it ends up looking confusing- I thought I could actually search properties.
I would replace the form field part with a simple "Sign up" button.

    • Stick to a single primary, and a single secondary colour. Right now, it feels as if both blue and green are fighting for my attention, and I'm not sure where to look.

    • Add more CTAs between sections. It's very possible that the user reaches the halfway point, and is willing to commit, but then has to scroll all the way up to sign up- which is a hassle.

Also, if your goal is to get users to sign up, wouldn't the percent of users who sign up be a better metric?

It you want more than a quick fix, I would recommend installing an analytics tool that allows you to track exactly where visitors leave.

    Good luck :D

Good feedback. We're switching the search form to be real and not requiring users to sign up but bluring out specific content on searches unless they're signed up.

I'll look into adding more CTA as well. I'm going to install hotjar and see what users do. Thanks!

A demo with the search bar should be good. It may not necessarily reduce the bounce rate a lot ( it requires the user to think of an address to search, type it out and then click the search button ), but it will increase the quality of sign ups.

        Good luck!
