Ethical Confrontation

I'm running a service that transfers ebooks from a platform to readers like kobo and kindle.
It is a common problem that users face on this platform, given the trend towards new users.

the point is that, in addition to infringing copyright on that platform, the service has loopholes for piracy. and the profitability of the platform as a consequence tends to be harmed.

what would you do? i'm thinking about shutting down the service, but a lot more users come in every day and i know i'm solving a real problem.
