Even the top 1% are losing to inflation

I was browsing recently and I saw this graph. Since 1980 there has been inflation of 261%. This means that even the top 1 % of people are not getting more wealthy.

The rich are getting richer but not faster than the money printer makes them poorer.

This is much worse for people n the 99% that are making much less than they were 40 years ago.

Ramen profitability ain't what it used to be :)
